File Upload is safe and is not a security risk. Using the http upload feature you can designate a specific image file on your hard drive that your browser will send to GIFBot. GIFBot will then make optimized copies of this image.

We do not make changes directly to your graphics or on your hard drive, but to a copy of your graphic.
