NetMechanic Acquired By Keynote Systems
In May 2002 NetMechanic was acquired by Keynote
Systems. Keynote (http://www.keynote.com) is the world leader in Web performance
management services. Keynote focuses on corporate level customers,
benchmarking, diagnosing and testing their Web applications. Keynote NetMechanic
focuses on small and medium size business Webmasters, helping them test
and improve their Web sites. It's a great fit, and we're proud to be
part of the Keynote family.
For Keynote NetMechanic customers, this acquisition means we'll continue to
offer you our award-winning services with little change. We will continue
to provide site maintenance, promotion, and monitoring services, as well
as free samples of most of our services. In addition, we'll be able to
offer Keynote's highly regarded services including Red Alert server
monitoring and LoadPro stress testing.
