JavaScript Tip
: Select And Go Menus In JavaScript
Standard navigation menus let you navigate through a Web site by selecting a
destination and clicking on the "GO" button. That requires two mouse clicks: one to select
the option and the second on the "GO" button. Save your visitors that extra click and give
your site a snappier look and feel with a simple JavaScript function.

Beginner Tip
: Bookmark Those Bookmarklets!
What if there were tools that let you view your site at different screen
sizes, with various background colors and fonts - all without changing a line of your HTML code?
What if the tools required no special software, were independent of the Web site - and also were free?

Promotion Tip
: Think Before You Submit
If a bakery sold you a loaf of half-baked bread, you'd probably never go back. If human
visitors to your Web site find an animated "under construction" graphic instead of useful information,
they aren't likely to return either. Search engine robots also get confused and may not index your site
correctly or give it a high ranking. Click here to learn why.
